What we collect and why
We collect your email address, optional name, business name and website address, website platform, email platform and intended use. We use this information to review your request and contact you about beta access. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your answers.
Requesting beta access does not create an account, guarantee an invitation or subscribe you to unrelated marketing emails.
Spam protection and storage
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes requests on our behalf. Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether a request is genuine using technical signals such as IP address and browser information. Cloudflare also processes these signals as an independent controller to improve bot detection, as explained in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Our server verifies that check and temporarily uses a keyed hash of your IP address to limit repeated attempts. We do not store the raw IP address in the applications database.
Application answers are encrypted before storage in a private Cloudflare D1 database. Giorgio Arciniega reviews applications twice weekly and is the only authorised reviewer. Cloudflare may process technical information on its global network. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its processing practices.
How long we keep applications
The approved application retention period is 90 days from receipt. Expired records are removed by an hourly cleanup, normally within one hour of expiry. Cloudflare recovery backups may retain earlier copies for up to 7 additional days.
Repeated requests using the same email address keep the existing application and do not extend its retention period. You can ask us to correct or delete your application.
Application notifications
Resend delivers internal notifications to our support mailbox after a new application is stored. These emails contain no applicant names, email addresses or application answers. Notifications do not create an account or grant beta access. Our support mailbox is hosted by Zoho Mail; correspondence you send to support is handled by the owner for your request.
International processing
Cloudflare and Resend may process information outside the United Kingdom. Their processing terms provide applicable transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and the UK Addendum or eligible Data Privacy Framework arrangements. We assess the applicable arrangements before collection. Contact us for information about these safeguards. Choosing European storage does not mean all processing stays in the UK.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for access to your information, correction, deletion or restriction, and object to processing where applicable. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Where we rely on legitimate interests, you have the right to object on grounds relating to your particular situation. UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 apply. We propose relying on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) to review beta applications and contact applicants about access, subject to approval of our Legitimate Interests Assessment.
Cookies and tracking
This marketing site includes no analytics or advertising trackers. Turnstile processes technical browser information for security. We do not enable Turnstile pre-clearance cookies in this implementation.
